Lesson packages: what they cost and how they work

The more lessons in the package, the lower the price of each of them. You pay in instalments or up front, and if you cancel, we settle unused lessons in line with the Terms.

How a package works, step by step

  1. Set the goal and the subject

    The matura, the eighth-grade exam or your child’s own goal, e.g. improving grades. You give the subject and the level.

  2. You choose a tutor from a list of candidates

    You get several matched tutors to compare: qualifications and availability. You decide who will teach the lessons.

  3. You set the length of the package and the payment

    The more lessons in the package, the lower the price per lesson. You pay in instalments or up front (prepayment) for an additional discount.

  4. You follow progress in the Parent panel

    After every lesson you see attendance, topics and the tutor’s notes. You can top up the package at any time.

What a package costs

The price per lesson depends on the total number of lessons in the package and the payment mode. Below are sample plans for a student with lessons once or twice a week.

What if your plans change

A package is not a one-sided commitment. If you cancel along the way, we settle the difference between what you paid and the price matching the number of lessons that actually took place, at the rate of your tier and payment mode, and we refund the overpayment. You pay only for the lessons that really happened.

Questions about packages

With instalments you pay while the package runs. Prepayment is a single payment up front for the whole package, and in return you get a lower price per lesson, depending on the tier, even about 6% cheaper than in instalments.
Yes, the price per lesson falls with the number of lessons in the package: from PLN 85 at the smallest tier to PLN 64 for a package of 96 lessons or more, paid up front. You do not have to commit to the longest period straight away, though: you can top up the package later and then move to a higher discount tier.
We settle the difference: we compare what you paid with the price matching the number of lessons that actually took place (at the rate of your tier and payment mode), and we refund the difference. If you cancel the package, we refund the money for the lessons that have not taken place yet. Lessons already used are settled at the rate matching their number.
Within a package you can change the tutor at any time, without losing funds and without a change in the price per lesson. The change does not require the consent of the current tutor (Terms, section 5a).
Yes. Lessons you top up are added to the total number of lessons settled in your account, so you move steadily towards the next, cheaper price tier.
